Newborn & family portraits are something you treasure, yet you are overwhelmed by shopping for yourself in addition to the rest of your family. The clothes that don't fit or don't coordinate need to be returned within that short window of time and finding the time to coordinate another trip to the store around everyone's busy schedules is a feat. All of this stress for clothing you know you will likely only wear once.
You value looking and feeling your best, especially for family portraits! Then you start pondering about when will you find the time to find the perfect flattering dress? What will I do with my hair? And worse yet, how on earth will you get your hair & makeup perfected for the session while also feeding the baby, cleaning up that last minute disaster the toddler made and trying to dress everyone?
Having tangible heirloom quality artwork, such as albums for each newborn and yearly family sessions, are something you know that you would cherish forever. Yet, you wonder when you will have the time to layout each image perfectly upon each page. Does this look right? Just thinking of the time you will spend on this project overwhelms you and you know that you likely won't get to this daunting task, no matter how high of hopes you had.

Wardrobe & planning
Appointment
Once your session has been reserved, we will meet for your pre-planning appointment. During this time I will style both you and your children from the client wardrobe. After we have found the perfect outfits we can chat about the your session location and artwork wishes.
Our assigned hair & makeup artist will come directly to your home to prep you for your session. Afterwards it's off to your session where you will lovingly tickle, play and cuddle your beautiful family while I photograph you.
We will meet approximately one month after your session to select your artwork and favorite images. I will also show you a custom gallery walls to scale for your home and then we can help narrow down your favorite images for your heirloom album. You will place your final orders at this appointment.

Ashley captured us at the end of a long day for all three of us - my husband, me, and our one year old. He had a short nap and was super cranky from the start (moms, holler if this sounds familiar).
